We gather every detail about your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and practical needs to design a space that is not only beautiful but also functional. At this stage, we also present moodboards and outline your project budget.

Phase 2 – Layout Design & Creative Concept
We develop 2 to 3 layout options with different solutions. Once approved, we bring each space to life through realistic 3D renderings that help you visualise the full concept.

Phase 3 – Financial Feasibility & Pre-Project
We price every item in the project and explore different scenarios to ensure alignment with your budget.
This includes liaising with suppliers and setting deadlines while aligning all decisions with the construction team.

Phase 4 – Technical Drawings & Procurement
Once all selections are made, we prepare detailed technical drawings — joinery, finishes, lighting, electrical and plumbing plans — translating the concept into practical specifications.

We also manage procurement: placing orders, tracking deliveries, resolving issues, and coordinating logistics — ensuring everything arrives on time and reflects the approved vision.

Phase 5 – Site Coordination
As the build progresses, we remain hands-on, working closely with all contractors to ensure the project is executed exactly as planned. We make regular site visits, oversee key stages, and handle on-site adjustments where needed.

Phase 6 – Final Styling & Handover*
Here’s the magic moment: the transformation.

We oversee the final assembly, arrange furniture, style the space, and add all the finishing touches. The result? A fully styled, photo-ready space that feels like a magazine feature.
